MU Season 4 National Guildwar Details

Thumbs up for this event. First of its kind sa MU. This is made possible with partnership with one of the largest I-Cafe in the Philippines Netopia. Now there is something we could prepare for. Maliban sa pag iipon ng ingridients sa 3rd wings at pag iipon ng seeds. We need to practice the long forgotten art of Guildwar. If you could remember Guildwar long before Castle Siege is implemented is the testing ground of great guilds. Some times the guild use this in order for them to brag. Great guilds right now are masters of Guildwar! Time to prepare our Arms, weapon and tactics. Magkakaalamanan na kung sino ang madiskarte at malakas! Malalaman kung sino ang pride ng MU. Will it come from Luzon, Visaya's or Mindanao?

Tournament Details:


Maximum number of registered Guilds per region:

Luzon: 4
Visayas: 4
Mindanao: 4

Tournament Format:

Regionals: Single Elimination

  1. Single match only
  2. Team A vs Team B and Team C vs Team D
  3. Winner of A vs B and C vs D will contend for the Regional Championship

Nationals: Round-robin System
  1. All teams will be go up against each team once in a best-of-3 match
  2. In case of a tie where all Teams have 1 win and 1 lose, the average margin of victory for each Team's victory will be the tie-breaker.
Guild Event Type: Guild War

Details:
  1. A Guild War Event will be conducted in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao with the cooperation of Netopia Cafes.
  2. Participating guilds will compete with the other guilds for the Regional Championship.
  3. The winners of each Regional Championship will compete for the National Championship.
Mechanics:
  1. This is a TARH server event only.
  2. Only up to 4 guilds will be registered for each region of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
  3. Interested guilds need to sign up below when forum registration is opened.
    1. No dummy guilds will be entered.
    2. Guild to be registered needs to be existing
    3. Guild to be registered needs to have at least 20 members of at least level 350
  4. This is a first-come-first-served registration and only the first 4 registered guilds for each region will be recognized. When all guilds entrees have met forum registration requirements, forum registration will be closed.
  5. After all 4 guilds are set for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, ALL participating guild members need to register and pay the tournament fee at one of the following Netopia branches below to register their CHARACTER NAME and GUILD.
  6. List of registered guild member participants is FINAL. Participating member lists cannot be modified during the event period.
  7. Registered guilds MUST play from the region they registered for. For example if Guild A is registered as a Mindanao participant, the guild and its member must play from the Mindanao region. Failure to comply will mean disqualification from the event. Players are encouraged to play at the Netopia branches listed below.


Tournament Registration at Netopia:
  • Netopia branch registration is a Pre-paid Game Card of free 8 hours worth PHP 120.
  • A special PHP 15 per hour rate will be extended to all MU Online Philippines players from November 14 to January 31, 2010 in the Netopia branches below.


Opening of Forum Registration: 12:00PM November 11, 2009
Netopia Tournament Registration: after forum registration has been closed
Regional Event: 3PM to 5PM, November 21, 2009

National Event: 3PM to 5PM, November 28, 2009
