First to Finish the 3rd job Quest award goes to neurotic (BK) from @renaXL guild. Officialy he is the first and the winner of the event also. Boneblade(drool!) is his price.

First to create 3rd level wings goes to Huang_Ti of @renaXL guild. His price an ancient Item of Choice. I think he choose Viscous Armor+Luck+10vit(drool!)
