Step 1: Feather of Condor Creation

A. Materials
* 1 x +10 or higher 2nd Wing
* 1 x +7 or higher Set Item
* 1 x Jewel of Chaos
* 1 x Stack of 10 Jewels of Soul
* 1 x Jewel of Creation

B. Combination Success Rate
* Maximum of 60%

C. Combination Cost
* Success Rate x 200,000 Zen

D. Combination Success Result
* Feather of Condor

E. Combination Failure Result
* Random decrease in 2nd Wing Option and Item Level
* Random decrease in Set Item Option and Item Level
* Jewel of Chaos, Jewel of Creation and Jewel of Soul stack are consumed
* Zen is consumed

Step 2: 3rd Wing Creation

A. Materials
* +10 or higher Excellent Item
* 1 x Feather of Condor
* 1 x Feather of Flame (obtained from monsters)
* 1 x Jewel of Chaos
* 1 x stack of 10 Jewels of Soul
* 1 x Jewel of Creation

B. Combination Success Rate
* Maximum of 40%

C. Combination Cost
* Success Rate x 200,000 Zen

D. Combination Success Result
* Random 3rd Wing and Options
